If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item and receive a full refund within 30 days of delivery. The item you are returning must be repackaged and is in the original condition you received it. Returns are not allowed for the purpose of getting a future promotional deal.

We offer free shipping for all US orders. Business days refers to Monday - Friday excluding holidays.

The case fits and is not awkward to use. It has so far protected my phone from scratches. It is comfortable to hold. I have not yet dropped the phone or otherwise subjected it to abuse, so I can’t say much more about the protective qualities of the case.
Chips easily!!!
At this point I’m at my third one broken! I order it cuz I need it for my phone and the lenses together but I wish it was some other material like leather or such for this model. If you drop your phone once the case will be chipped and cracked all over. I mean great idea but wrong material!
TERRIBLE QUALITY - Cant take it off or it will crack.
I have barely used it, because it's a phone I only use for recording video. But the moment I put it on, I have not been able to take it out. Now after two months I finally tried to remove it again because I need to access the sim tray and it cracked in the corner. WHAT IS THIS SANDMARC!?!?!?!?! You dont even give us better or more expensive options then you just dish out this disposable one use garbage?!?!?!?!?! IM very upset about this situation. The wide Lense I bought from you is really good but not having any better options to mount the lenses, but this brittle piece of cracker, its absurd. I have no intention of buying a pro iPhone. Its much cheaper to just buy another case and lense brand from now on. Im so upset and I regret trusting you guys.

I bought it 2 months ago, and I haven't been able to take it off my phone for 2 months. Its impossible to take out from your phone. Soooo dificult.. And when I thought I was finally able to sort of do it, it cracked in the corner so I stopped. Basically it either stays forever on the phone or you risk breaking it when you take it out. Its absurd. WHY SANDMARC??????!?!?!?!? WHY??!?!?!? You dont even give more expensive options for something better. So we are just stuck with this piece of disposable junk as the only way we can attach the lense to non pro versions. WWWHYYYYYYYY?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? IM ANGRY. PS. The lense is awesome though... Its really good. I hate you sandmarc. I REALLY HATE YOU.
