Standard Return Policy
If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item and receive a full refund within 30 days of delivery. We have a hassle-free return policy to make the return and exchange process seamless.
- Please note that the item you are returning is repackaged and is in the original condition you received it.
- Please note returns are not allowed for the purpose of getting a future promotional deal.
Can an item on sale be returned?
- Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Return Shipping Costs
- For all U.S orders, the shipping cost of returning an item is free.
- For international orders, shipping costs for returned items are covered by the customer.
How do I return an item?
- To return an item, please fill out the form HERE (faster) or email us at email@example.com and we will get back to you within 24-48 hrs. Please provide us your order number and date of purchase to speed up the return process.
How do I exchange an item?
- For exchanges, please first send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your name, email, phone, order number and the specific item you purchased from us. Once you receive our confirmation, send your item to the address we provide you.
When will I receive a refund once an item is returned?
- Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds?
