Do I have to pay for shipping when I am returning an item?

For all U.S orders, we will cover shipping costs. For international orders, shipping costs for returned items are covered by the customer (does not include defective products. We cover shipping costs for all international returns due to defective issues).

How do I return an item?

To return or exchange an item, please email us at support@sandmarc.com and we will get back to you within 24-48 hrs. Please provide us your order number and date of purchase to speed up the return process.

How do I exchange an item? 

For exchanges, please first send us an email at support@sandmarc.com stating your name, email, phone, order number and the specific item you purchased from us. Once you receive our confirmation, send your item to the address we provide you. 

When will I receive a refund once an item is returned?

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@sandmarc.com.

Can an item on sale be returned?

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
