If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item and receive a full refund within 30 days of delivery. The item you are returning must be repackaged and is in the original condition you received it. Returns are not allowed for the purpose of getting a future promotional deal.

We offer free shipping for all US orders. Business days refers to Monday - Friday excluding holidays.

Very Good AirProds Pro Case, Strap Not So Much
Purchased AirPods Pro Case, Plus iPhone 15 Pro Max Leather Case. They don’t quite match color or texture, as the iPhone case as slight texture which also makes it easier to hold. Slight difference in color between the two, likely due to two different manufacturers Sandmarc uses, and different material suppliers. The AirPods Pro Case itself is really good fit & quality and has very distinctive appealing look. The strap in photos when ordered initially I thought was leather, which upon shipping and later reviewing and looking at photos online, noticed it wasn’t. Sleight of hand in my opinion. For price it should be, and disappointing as result. The strap itself is nylon ribbon with strap attachment that is leather. Mine tore off two days after I received request for review, and less than month after original order. So Sandmarc, improve the strap quality and you’d get a 5 Star Rating. Also have the Sandmarc Titanium 4 watch band for Apple Ultra 2 Watch. That looks great!
