Designed for action cameras, the Insta360 Flow Gimbal is hand held and ensures smooth and stabilized footage on the go. Lightweight and easy to use, it's perfect for filming on the iPhone. With a built in tripod stand, place the gimbal on a steady surface and allow the AI slow-motion or zoom tracking feature to follow you as you move around.

Lenses and Filters
The Flow Gimbal adeptly balances the iPhone with attached lenses and filters, with no need for counterweights and no jitters in the footage. Its magnetic mounting system allows for easy switching between different accessories on the fly, enabling various shooting positions.

Tripod
The Flow Gimbal attaches through the Arca-Swiss plate, allowing for elevated shots, ideal for capturing events like basketball or volleyball games. The tripod is the perfect extension for the gimbal for when you need more height, and a steady surface.

Bottom line: All SANDMARC gear is compatible.

However, while the filters and tripod work well with Flow's AI tracking system, the lenses won't function with the AI feature due to default macro mode settings. The lenses won’t work with the AI feature on the Flow app, since there is no way to toggle off the macro mode. Nonetheless, they can still be used with third-party apps or the native iPhone camera.
